Insurance advisory & brokerage

Managing wealth without managing risk is half a job.

Greenridge Insurance advises on commercial and family-office coverage for the same clients Greenridge Wealth serves, working from a balance sheet we already understand.

Who we serve

Built around the relationships we already hold.

Private clients & family offices

Our wealth relationships

For Greenridge Wealth clients and their families, coverage is part of the plan, not a separate sales call. We review what you carry, find the gaps, and coordinate with your advisers on the risk that protects the balance sheet you're building.

Commercial clients

Tech, legal & CFO partners

For the operating companies we work with across the group, technology firms, counsel, and finance leaders, we offer commercial insurance consults and brokerage when it's a natural fit: management liability, E&O, cyber, and the lines a growing company actually needs.

What we do

Advisory first. Brokerage when it fits.

01

Commercial insurance consults

Management liability and D&O, professional liability / E&O, cyber, property and general liability, reviewed against where your company actually carries risk.

02

Family-office & private risk

High-value home, auto, and collections, excess liability and umbrella, and life used as a planning tool, coordinated with your wealth and tax picture.

03

Coverage review & gap analysis

An independent read on what you already hold, what overlaps, and where you're exposed, in plain language, before anything is placed.

04

Brokerage & placement

When coverage is the right answer, we place it through carrier appointments, manage renewals, and stay on call when a claim happens.

The approach

The white-glove standard, applied to risk.

01 · Advice-first

We consult before we quote

The first conversation is about your risk, not a product. If you don't need coverage, we'll tell you.

02 · Conflict-aware

Aligned with your interests

We're transparent about how brokerage works and recommend only what genuinely fits, the same standard of care as the rest of Greenridge.

03 · Integrated

One coordinated team

We work alongside your wealth, tax, and legal advisers so coverage fits the whole picture, not just one policy.

Why this sits inside Greenridge

The other half of the balance sheet.

Most people assemble their financial life from strangers: an adviser who has never seen the policy, a broker who has never seen the portfolio, a lawyer who has seen neither. We put them under one roof deliberately. When Greenridge Wealth reviews a client's balance sheet, the exposures on it get reviewed at the same time, by people who already know the business, the entity structure, and the transaction history, including the coverage nobody else places alongside wealth management: representations and warranties, D&O for newly formed entities, and coverage review as part of an acquisition or a sale.

How we are paid

Commission from the carrierPaid when a policy is placed or renewed. It is built into the premium, not billed separately.
This creates a conflict, and we would rather name it than hide itWe earn more when you buy coverage through us than when you do not. Three commitments in response: we will show you what we found elsewhere, we will tell you when an existing policy is already the right one, and we will never place coverage you do not need to hit a number.

Greenridge Insurance is affiliated with Greenridge Wealth LLC, an investment adviser (registration pending). Advisory clients are under no obligation to use this agency. Insurance services are offered only where Greenridge Insurance is properly licensed.

Common questions

How are you paid?
We are a licensed agency paid by commissions from carriers when a policy is placed. That is a conflict of interest we disclose. You are never required to buy through us, and we will tell you when an outside quote is better. See how we are paid.
Do I have to buy through you if I work with Greenridge Wealth?
No. Using Greenridge Insurance is always optional. We coordinate with your wealth and compliance team, but where you place coverage is your choice.
What is family-office insurance?
Private-client coverage for high-net-worth households: higher-limit home and valuables policies, excess personal liability, and coordination across properties and entities. More on the family-office page.
Why does own-occupation disability matter for physicians?
It generally pays if you cannot perform the duties of your own specialty, even if you could work elsewhere, which is materially stronger than any-occupation coverage. See the explainer.
Where are you located?
Greenridge Insurance is based in McAllen, Texas, and serves the Rio Grande Valley.
